Job Opportunity:

Network HR is seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Project Manager to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for leading projects that have a significant impact on the people team and the business as a whole.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans to ensure timely and successful project delivery
  • Manage project resources, including internal and external teams, to achieve project objectives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
  • Establish and maintain project governance, including quality assurance and risk management
  • Communicate project progress and status to stakeholders, including project sponsors and team members
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and lessons learned

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management, with a focus on HR projects
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to develop and track budgets, and manage project resources effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to plan for success and navigate complex project environments
