Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Global Head of People and Culture to lead our HR function and drive business growth through people-focused initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive people and culture strategy that aligns with our global business objectives.
- Lead the creation and execution of a 'people first' learning and development program, focusing on succession planning and enhancing leadership capabilities.
- Analyze and review our current HR strategy, including talent acquisition, diversity, equity, and inclusion, employee engagement, learning and development, and compensation and benefits.
- Drive a culture of continuous professional development and ensure a commercial approach to HR that balances operational needs with people wellness.
- Coach senior leaders and develop a strong track record of people-focused initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in leading HR across global locations, particularly in the US, and ideally in EMEA and/or Far East.
- A strong commercial approach to HR, ensuring a balance between operational needs and people wellness.
