Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Global Head of People and Culture to lead our HR function and drive business growth through people-focused initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive people and culture strategy that aligns with our global business objectives.
  2. Lead the creation and execution of a 'people first' learning and development program, focusing on succession planning and enhancing leadership capabilities.
  3. Analyze and review our current HR strategy, including talent acquisition, diversity, equity, and inclusion, employee engagement, learning and development, and compensation and benefits.
  4. Drive a culture of continuous professional development and ensure a commercial approach to HR that balances operational needs with people wellness.
  5. Coach senior leaders and develop a strong track record of people-focused initiatives.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in leading HR across global locations, particularly in the US, and ideally in EMEA and/or Far East.
  2. A strong commercial approach to HR, ensuring a balance between operational needs and people wellness.
