We take pride in offering top-notch customer service, a key asset that keeps our current customers satisfied and attracts new ones. With a strong customer base in Europe, we are currently seeking a dynamic individual who is fluent in Dutch and English to join our team and provide localized customer support.
- Fluency in Dutch and English is a must
- Act as the primary point of contact for European customers, offering support via email, phone, and online channels. Collaborate with customers to troubleshoot and escalate issues when necessary
- Coordinate with our European fulfillment center to ensure seamless customer service and product delivery. Provide backup support within the customer service team as needed
- Gather customer feedback to help Sure Petcare enhance its services
- Assist with various business operations such as setting up new systems, processing orders, and handling sales administration
Qualifications, Skills & Experience Required:

- The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude towards customer service, recognizing its importance for our business success
- Good grasp of technology, particularly connected products and Internet of Things (IoT)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Quick learner with excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently
- Comfortable adapting to the diverse demands of the role
Additional skills that would be beneficial include:
- Experience with connected or IoT products and services
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel. Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus
