Job Description

SurePetcare is a British technology company situated in Cambridgeshire, providing a variety of products that monitor the well-being of pets by tracking their eating habits, activity levels, and more. If you're a pet lover wanting to assist customers worldwide, then come join our fantastic team

We take pride in offering top-notch customer service, a key asset that keeps our current customers satisfied and attracts new ones. With a strong customer base in Europe, we are currently seeking a dynamic individual who is fluent in Dutch and English to join our team and provide localized customer support.

  • Fluency in Dutch and English is a must
  • Act as the primary point of contact for European customers, offering support via email, phone, and online channels. Collaborate with customers to troubleshoot and escalate issues when necessary
  • Coordinate with our European fulfillment center to ensure seamless customer service and product delivery. Provide backup support within the customer service team as needed
  • Gather customer feedback to help Sure Petcare enhance its services
  • Assist with various business operations such as setting up new systems, processing orders, and handling sales administration

Qualifications, Skills & Experience Required:

  • The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude towards customer service, recognizing its importance for our business success
  • Good grasp of technology, particularly connected products and Internet of Things (IoT)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Quick learner with excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently
  • Comfortable adapting to the diverse demands of the role

Additional skills that would be beneficial include:

  • Experience with connected or IoT products and services
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel. Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus
