Sales Ledger Assistant

Pertemps are working with a thriving Manufacturing business based in Renfrewshire.
They are now looking for a new team member experienced in Sales Ledger.
As a Sales Ledger, you will work in a small but busy Finance team, overseeing the accounts of the UK processes.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring all invoices are correctly processed and recorded.
  • Administrative work, including sending out monthly statements and reminders.
  • Management of the credit control processes, assisting the accountant with banking and cash management.
  • Liaising with various insurance agencies, to discuss purchasing limits.
  • Any other ad hoc tasks as necessary.
Skills and Experience:
  • Previous experience working within a Sales Ledger or Credit Control role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience of using the SAP system is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently and use proactive thinking.
