My client are a prestigious membership based organisation and have an exciting opportunity for Desktop support analyst to join their small team
As part of the IT services team, the desktop support analyst provides support for all IT services and IT service users.
Responsibilities include; handling incidents or service requests using the incident reporting and request fulfilment processes.
You should have significant experience in a similar role, be educated to A level or professional standard (eg ITIL Foundation, CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) and have excellent spoken and written English.
The role is 35 hr week and no late nights, hybrid working after probation
ESSENTIAL KEY SKILLS INCLUDE
- Use of ticketing systems/experience of using one
- ITIL Awareness - this is not critical but if someone has used a ticketing system chances are that they have an awareness of ITIL
- Exchange mailbox Admin
- Teams Administration
- Microsoft 365/Entra Administration l
- Experience of using a remote desktop support tool
- Telephone call queue management - Managing Teams Voice and Call queues
- Experience of Microsoft Intune administration of devices
- Experience of managing applications via Intune
- Account administration (AD and AAD)
- PowerShell - experience of using it is important as my client use it during account creation
- Support of Apple devices (Macs and iPads) - an advantage
- Autopilot - advantage
