Desktop Support Engineer

KnoWho is seeking a skilled Desktop Support Engineer to join our team in Liverpool. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and resolving desktop and network-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical advice and support over the phone and on-site for desktop-related issues
  • Deal with customer support requests and system alarms/alerts according to priority
  • Hardware and software experience, including fault diagnosis, cloning drives, and data backup
  • Installation, configuration, and maintenance of Microsoft Windows operating systems
  • LAN/WAN/Wifi/Internet networking maintenance and fault analysis/resolution
  • Office 365 administration, including user management, Exchange, and SharePoint
Requirements:
  • A confident communicator with excellent listening skills and a good telephone manner
  • A full, clean driving license
