Desktop Support Engineer

KnoWho is seeking a skilled Desktop Support Engineer to join our team in Liverpool. As a Desktop Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our clients, resolving desktop and network-related issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support via phone, email, and on-site visits
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
  • Configure and maintain Microsoft Windows operating systems
  • Manage LAN/WAN/Wifi/Internet networks and troubleshoot connectivity issues
  • Administer Office 365 services, including user management, Exchange, and SharePoint
  • Collaborate with the technical team to resolve complex technical issues
Requirements:
