Desktop Support Analyst Opportunity

Liverpool L3

Salary: £32,000

Antal International Networks is seeking a skilled Desktop Support Analyst to join their small team. As part of the IT services team, the successful candidate will provide support for all IT services and IT service users.

The role is a 35-hour week with no late nights and hybrid working after probation. The ideal candidate will have experience with ticketing systems, ITIL awareness, and administration of Microsoft 365/Entra.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for all IT services and users
  • Administer Microsoft 365/Entra and Teams
  • Manage remote desktop support tools and telephone call queues
  • Administer devices using Microsoft Intune
  • Support Apple devices and Autopilot

Requirements:

  • Experience with ticketing systems and ITIL awareness
  • Administration of Microsoft 365/Entra and Teams
  • Remote desktop support tool experience
  • Telephone call queue management
  • Microsoft Intune administration
  • Support of Apple devices and Autopilot
