Responsibilities Overview:

As a Chef de Partie, you will be an integral part of the restaurant and kitchen team at Condover Hall. Collaborating with fellow chefs and the Catering Manager, your role will involve preparing and serving nutritious meals for guests and staff. Your tasks will include adhering to food preparation guidelines, ensuring top-notch standards in food presentation, and maintaining quality throughout.

The busy restaurant caters to up to 600 guests during peak times, requiring swift and efficient service to meet diverse dietary needs. In addition to cooking, part of your role will involve accommodating specific dietary requirements.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and cooking meals for upcoming services
  • Effective teamwork with kitchen staff
  • Adhering to safety protocols like HACCP
  • Maintaining top-notch hygiene and cleanliness standards
