Position Summary:
As a Lead Culinary Specialist, you will play a pivotal role within our culinary team, directly reporting to the Head Chef. You will oversee your designated kitchen section, ensuring exceptional standards in food preparation and presentation. Your culinary skills will be essential in crafting seasonal, well-balanced menus that accommodate a variety of dietary preferences.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to established menus, maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
- Mentor and guide junior chefs and kitchen personnel, cultivating a positive and efficient work atmosphere.
- Assist in managing inventory and ordering supplies, ensuring optimal resource utilization while adhering to health and safety protocols.
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet the institution's esteemed culinary standards.

Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in a professional kitchen, with a strong background as a Chef de Partie or in a comparable role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and procedures. Experience with diverse cuisines is advantageous.
- Ability to innovate and present appealing dishes that cater to a wide range of tastes and dietary needs.
