About The Team:

This role is responsible for ensuring the success of our colleagues within the Distribution Centre Environment, by delivering a variety of comprehensive and effective training programmes, including first day onboarding training to ensure all colleagues receive the best possible experience and start to their HelloFresh journey. Responsible for facilitating training sessions that enhance the skills, knowledge and performance of our colleagues; including the delivery of all refresher training in line with business strategy and policies. This role will collaborate with various departments and engage with senior management on a daily basis to ensure communication is transparent, offering support on an adhoc basis should there be a business need.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Align with the Training Supervisor the training needs and deliver training programs aligned with business goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions, ensuring appropriate resources and facilities are available.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, providing training and guidance on essential skills and processes.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training content.
  • Role modelling the Company's DNA and lead by example.
  • Dealing with day to day queries from Colleagues – liaising with HR, Training Teams and Management as required.
  • Ensuring that Food Safety and Health & Safety standards are met and sustainably maintained. You are required to cooperate with HelloFresh in all health and safety matters. You are responsible for ensuring your own health, safety and welfare in the activities you undertake. You must report incidents immediately and actively raise health and safety-related concerns to your Line Manager.
  • Undertaking basic problem solving activities and escalating to the Training Manager where necessary
  • Ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures and Instructions.
  • Leading or being involved in ad hoc projects as and when required.
  • Any other responsibilities/duties which would be reasonably expected as part of this role.

  • Ability to manage multiple training projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing business needs
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.
  • Passion for continuous learning and professional development.
  • Ability to resolve problems as they occur.
  • Understanding of escalation processes
