If this sounds like you, we have an exciting opportunity for a **Senior Administrator** working from our Derby Training Centre to join our team on a full-time basis to provide maternity cover for a fixed-term of 9-months.

**What will you be doing?**:

- Ensuring that all pre and post administration for allocated events are processed timely and accurately.
- Chase centre co-ordinators, trainers and internal verifiers if information is not received in a timely manner from the relevant party.
- Updating delegate attendance.
- Answering queries from customers and delegates regarding certification.
- Scanning of course paperwork.
- Accurately raising and processing purchase orders.

**What we’re looking for**:

- A minimum of 2 Years’ experience in an administration role.
- 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at or above grade 4/C, including Maths and English.
- Demonstrates resilience to pressure and the challenge this brings while adapting to critical work demands with flexibility.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong, literacy, numeracy, administration, and organisational skills.
- Fully competent in Microsoft Office Productions particularly, Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Practiced and successful in solving problems.
- Ability to prioritise workload whilst ensuring a high level of service is provided to internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience with using customer databases is desirable.
