The main remit of the Pricing Analyst role at Fresh is to maintain the competitor analysis database and tracker, and to provide support for New Business pricing; and rent analysis and yield management decisions ricing; as well as rent setting and yield management.

This role sits within Business Development and Commercial Team and plays an important part in the Team's drive to lead client reporting and relationship management additional to this the role will focus on the New Business model with the wider team.

As Pricing Analyst for Fresh, you will be responsible for:
  • Preparing rent setting recommendations for review with the Operations, Marketing and Site teams.
  • Supporting the development and maintenance of all New Business pricing models
  • Preparing rent analysis for all New Business pricing proposals.
  • Maintaining assumptions for pricing model and ensuring these remain market competitive and drive value for clients.
  • Ad-hoc analysis as required.
  • Undertaking relevant and appropriate planning, review and progress monitoring activities with all relevant stakeholders at the appropriate intervals throughout a program.
  • Identifying potential risks, issues, problems and other areas of concern along with plans and actions to mitigate risks and minimise disruption and delays.
  • Sharing learning and good practice with colleagues to drive continuous improvement.
  • Preparing for, attend and contribute to (including Chairing where appropriate) meetings with colleagues, clients and other stakeholders as required.
  • Maintaining accurate records and prepare reports in the most appropriate format for various forums, meetings, committees and other groups, in line with reporting cycles.
    About you

    Were looking to speak with candidates who have proven previous experience within a pricing analysis role. Ideally you will have industry experience but you must be able to show you have previously prepared rent setting recommendations, completed analysis and be able to show you can plan, review and monitor activities. You must be able to identify potential risks, issues, problems and be comfotable in providing information to clients ans stakeholders.
