**About the Role**

Miryco Consultants Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Pricing Analyst to join their motor pricing team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for creating, validating, reconciling, and transforming datasets for analysis and modeling.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Create and maintain rating models that predict claims cost, conversion, or retention.
  • Support the development and deployment of rates, considering customer impact and the company's risk appetite.
  • Contribute to the specification, development, and testing cycles for rate deployment.
  • Assist in the development of junior colleagues through technical training, mentoring, and process management.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure the successful implementation of pricing strategies.

**Requirements**

  • Experience in a related Insurance Pricing role, with a strong preference for General Insurance personal lines.
  • Awareness of appropriate statistical techniques for insurance analysis.
  • Exposure to machine learning tools, data science techniques, GLMs, GBMs, etc.
  • Experience with Python, R, SAS, SQL, or other analytical languages or tools is desirable.
