Key Responsibilities:
Your duties as the Global ECommerce Content Manager include:
Content Strategy Development
- Develop and implement a comprehensive global content strategy aligned with Brompton's brand, marketing goals, and regional marketing needs.
- Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform content planning and strategy.
Content Management:
- Oversee the creation, curation, localisation, and management of high-quality content for multiple e-commerce sites.
- Ensure consistency in brand voice, style, and messaging across all digital channels.
Team Leadership
- Manage and mentor a team of content creators and foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, promoting professional development and growth.
Regional Coordination:
- Work closely with regional teams to tailor content strategies to specific markets, ensuring relevance and cultural appropriateness.
- Coordinate with regional marketing and sales teams to align content with local campaigns and promotions.
Performance Optimisation:
- Monitor and analyse content performance using analytics tools, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Implement SEO best practices to enhance organic search visibility and drive traffic.
- A/B test content variations to optimise user engagement and conversion rates.
Project Management:
- Manage multiple content projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and IT, to support integrated marketing campaigns and product launches.
Job requirements - Global ECommerce Content Manager
Who you are:
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
Desired Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Experience in e-commerce content strategy, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of managing content for multiple websites across different regions.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and best practices.

- Flexible working
- 9 Day Fortnight – This is a flexible working pattern which individuals can opt in for where an employee works their contractual hours across 9 days instead of 10 days. (i.e. 80 hours across 9 days instead of 10 days). This means the individual would work an additional hour across Monday to Thursday (across the 2 week period) to gain their Friday off.
