This senior position is crucial in the present day and the future success of the club. It is a demanding role and will require the chosen candidate to control all areas of the club's daily operations, primarily within the health club. Under the guidance of the General Manager you will aid, develop and enhance the operation as a whole by managing and working closely with the department managers and their teams.

Ideally, you will come from a 4-star plus establishment with experience of sizeable, busy operations.

As Deputy General Manager, you'll need to be extremely hands-on as you will be heading up all departments. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced operator who is passionate about the hospitality industry and who thrives on delivering a high level of customer service. Overview:

The Deputy General Manager is primarily responsible for all health club related activities ensuring a safe and clean environment at all times and delivering a great experience for the members and guests. You'll drive member retention and satisfaction and support the General Manager in the delivery of the club's overall performance.

The role reports directly to the General Manager and is fully accountable for the health club team including Reception Manager, Spa Manager, Duty Managers and Maintenance Manager.
