About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced nurse to join our team as a Clinical Deputy Manager at our Deewater Grange Care Home in Chester. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality clinical and pastoral care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and deputise for the Home Manager, providing inspiring leadership to nursing and care colleagues.
- Oversee the delivery of high-quality clinical and pastoral care, ensuring the highest levels of clinical governance.
- Focus on residents with complex needs, utilising your nursing skills and managerial expertise to maintain the highest levels of care.
- Audit practices and procedures, develop care plans, and conduct assessments to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.
- Work closely with the team to provide personalised, centred care to all residents.
About You
We are looking for an NMC Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD) with a strong background in care planning processes and clinical assessment tools. You will be a natural leader, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality care.
