Deputy Service Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Service Manager to join our team at NFP People, where you will play a vital role in supporting and empowering vulnerable young people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of service delivery staff.
  • Develop and implement service delivery plans and strategies.
  • Monitor and evaluate service delivery, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a non-profit or charity sector.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
