We are currently seeking a Senior Engineering Project Manager who will be responsible for managing the implementation process for complex life science instrumentation including successful delivery and installation of products

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Europe-wide responsibility working cross-functionally with people, financial and other resources to deliver implementations (projects) on time
  • Managing and tracking the implementation process (successful delivery, hardware setup, coordination and execution of initial applications training, applicable classroom training, and verification of applicable validation plans, customer satisfaction survey processing and implementation process training) for complex life science instrumentation for customers throughout Europe
  • Managing projects to build productive, proactive relationships and manages process engaging members of cross functional teams from Sales, Marketing, Service, Applications, etc. throughout the duration of a specific implementation
  • Performance measurement objectives based on successful implementation outcomes and achievement of specified improvement of baseline metrics and revenue objectives
  • Manage people, financial and other resources to deliver implementations (projects) on time and to agreed quality standards/revenue targets, and go-live dates

The required qualifications for the job include:

  • Bachelor's degree in a Biological/ Health Science/Clinical IT discipline
  • Proven record of accomplishment with a strong background in operations/support and experience in customer support and project management
  • Must be detail oriented and able to prioritize and manage multiple projects
  • Knowledge of regulations and standards affecting IVDs and Biologics
  • Qualified applicant must be proficient in all Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel
  • 50% of your time will be spent travelling for business purposes therefore you will need to be flexible in spending time away from home

It would be beneficial if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Currently holds a Project Management qualification such as Prince2 or Agile
  • Experience with Flow Cytometry and/or Life Science Liquid Handling/Automation
  • Some experience of business process management (techniques and procedures) including workflows and process mapping
