The Opportunity

Salary: NJC Grade 8 £30,296 to £33,024 per annum (pro-rata for part time and Term Time Only)
Working Pattern: We are keen to hear from people who have various amounts of availability, ranging from a few hours per week to several days a week, including weekends or evenings.
Contract: Permanent, various weeks Term Time Only available.

Locations: We are looking for Adult Learning Tutors for various locations: Crawley (you will receive a Crawley Weighting Allowance), Horsham, Chichester, and Worthing.

We are seeking inspirational tutors to join our Family Learning and Parenting team. You will have a passion for supporting families in their educational journey and promoting positive parenting practices.

As a Family Learning and Parenting Tutor, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging and interactive learning sessions for parents and caregivers. Your role will involve providing guidance on effective parenting strategies, fostering a supportive learning environment, and promoting family well-being. Some example curriculums include Reading as a Family, Healthy Eating on a Budget, and Family Play.
