About This Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Child Support Worker to join our team in supporting a 4-year-old boy with complex health needs. This rewarding role involves providing personalized care within his family home and assisting him with his daily routines, including school transportation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive personal care, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and medication administration.
  • Offer support with mobility and handling, ensuring the client's safety and well-being.
  • Assist with managing clinical equipment and maintaining a safe and hygienic environment.
  • Accompany the client to and from school, fostering a positive and supportive learning experience.
  • Engage in age-appropriate activities and play, promoting the client's social and emotional development.
