We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Worker to join our team at Allied Care Limited. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to adults with mental ill-health conditions and learning disabilities in a care home environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support adults with mental ill-health conditions and learning disabilities with daily living skills development, personal care, and community-based activities.
  • Work with some behaviors that may present as challenging.
  • Provide 24/7 care and support, including weekend work, with a shared responsibility to ensure our clients receive the support they need.
  • Work a 36-hour per week contract with occasional night shifts to cover for annual leave.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
