If you are an experienced children's social worker currently open to a change, we are currently looking for an experienced practitioner to join a well established Assessment and Safeguarding service in the South East of England, as a senior social worker.
This outstanding-rated council operate using the Child and Family Assessment, meaning a mixture of short term assessment work, with a long term CIN / CP caseload, meaning you can form positive relationships with children and families and make a real difference to their lives.
You will be joining a strong team who have built a reputation for stability. Also, funding has been approved to ensure stability and peace of mind for you, with a 6 month contract from the get go.
Leaders in Care are offering £45/h for this role, depending on experience.
As you are probably aware. Leaders in care work differently to other agencies, as we offer a loyalty bonus to help cover the ever-rising cost of living, as well as the current fuel prices. Other benefits of this role also include a hybrid working model, as well as the option of condensed hours, which allows you to plan your time effectively to give you a good work life balance.
As this is a statutory role, you do require a social work qualification & registration to Social Work England.
