This position is both fulfilling and, at times, demanding.Key Responsibilities:
- Partnering with educational staff to ensure that attendance records and related data are maintained accurately and promptly.
- Assisting pastoral teams in monitoring and improving student attendance.
- Engaging with families to encourage consistent school attendance. As a member of the attendance team, you will work closely with tutors, educators, parents, and external support organizations. Previous experience in a school setting or with youth is beneficial, although comprehensive training will be provided.
