Role Overview:
As the Health and Safety Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive strategies to ensure the well-being of our colleagues and customers. Your leadership and expertise will be instrumental in creating a safe and secure environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement health and safety strategies aligned with our goals.
- Policy Development: Create and enforce safety policies and procedures.

- Compliance: Monitor and ensure adherence to regulations through audits and inspections.
- Incident Response: Establish protocols for effective incident management and corrective actions.

Qualifications and Experience:
- NEBOSH Diploma level qualification or equivalent.

- Proven track record in implementing successful safety strategies.
- Strong communication, leadership, and IT skills.
- Passion for Health and Safety and willingness to engage with colleagues.
- Frequent travel within the UK may be required.
