Key Responsibilities- Assess and manage complex cases involving children and families, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Develop and implement effective plans to support children and families, working closely with other agencies and professionals.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to colleagues and other stakeholders, promoting best practice in social work.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that support the needs of children and families.
