Salary: £55-70k basic (experience dependent, + uncapped OTE)

This company exists to provide marketing technology that is massively beneficial for their clients and helps to enable SEO optimisation. As a business, they have outperformed growth targets for the last 3 years and are investing heavily in their high performing SDR team. They are now looking for a manager or player/manager to come in and grow with the company. With this investment, they are now looking to scale their SDR team and need an experienced SDR Manager to recruit, train, and develop current and future hires.



Responsibilities:

  • Set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to optimise individual and team performance.
  • Run daily roundup to ensure the SDRs are performing against daily KPIs
  • Develop and implement comprehensive SDR strategies and tactics to achieve lead generation and qualification targets.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to align SDR activities with business objectives.
  • Oversee lead generation efforts, ensuring the team is consistently generating a pipeline of qualified leads for the Sales team.
  • Identify and explore new lead generation channels and opportunities.



Experience required:

  • 4+ years of proven track record of achieving sales targets, particularly in the SaaS or subscription based sectors
  • Experience managing a team
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills
  • Experience in developing and managing strategic partnerships
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with partners and stakeholders
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth
  • Analytical skills to assess market trends and identify opportunities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with partners and internal teams
