Business Development Manager role - Premium Spirits 80% on-trade & 20% off-trade
Midlands and North
The Company:
Brilliant spirits BDM role with one of of the UK’s leading spirits companies, importing and distributing around 40 select brands, always with an eye for quality and growth potential. They work with amazing clients including The Savoy, Selfridges, and Waitrose.
The Role:
In this role, you’ll be essential in strengthening brand visibility and driving sales across key on-trade and off-trade accounts in the Midlands and North, with focus on the M62 corridor. Responsibilities include:
- Enhancing the presence and sales across the Midlands and North region
- Ensuring customers fully understand the product range.
- Hosting consumer-facing events to boost engagement.
- Evaluating activities to gauge effectiveness and track objectives.
The Person:
- Experience in the UK premium spirits market, with a keen sense of industry trends.
- Strong skills in building customer relationships and engaging diverse audiences.
- A high level of attention to detail, especially in account management and P&L oversight.
- An ability to present and represent the brands with confidence to bartenders and consumers.
Qualifications and Experience
- 3-5 years in customer-facing roles in hospitality, spirits wholesale, or distribution.
- A clean UK driving license.
