We are looking for a talented and friendly Onboarding Coordinator to be part of our Operations team. Your responsibilities will consist of:


  • Manage the comprehensive onboarding process for all contractors, coordinating with various internal departments and liaising with external hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
  • Monitor progress during the onboarding process and provide support as needed
  • Gather feedback from contractors to continuously improve the onboarding process
  • Maintain a highly organised and well-managed shared onboarding inbox
  • Timesheet system support contact for contractors and timesheet approvers
  • Executing data management and processing with exceptional accuracy
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across systems and SharePoint
  • Support existing contractors with new/revised contracts and queries, following escalations processes as appropriate
  • Be a main point of contact for clients, assisting with queries and providing guidance
  • Managing and obtaining the necessary client approval for new contractors
  • Chasing client Purchase Orders (PO’s) to ensure timely onboarding
  • Assist Onboarding Manager with project work & reporting as required
  • Ad hoc duties as required


What skills & experience you’ll bring to us:

  • A self-starter who can work independently
  • Can adhere to deadlines, prioritise and manage own work
  • Highly PC literate & skilled with all Microsoft Office Based applications including: Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
  • Experience with a CRM and timesheet system would be advantageous
  • High attention to detail, organised and self-disciplined
