This Property Sales Consultant role is all about consultative selling, qualifying leads, and closing deals over the phone. If you are data driven and results-focused, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.


The Package

  • Up to £35,000 basic salary per annum (DOE)
  • Possible OTE of £65,000, with top performers earning up to £110,000
  • 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
  • 5 day working week 9:00 – 18:00 including 1 hour lunch break.
  • Alternate Saturdays 9:00 – 16:00 (WFH on a Saturday) with time off in lieu during the week.


The Property Sales Consultant Role

  • Follow up warm enquiries generated through advertising and get deals over the line speedily.
  • Answering inbound calls.
  • Liaise with homeowners looking for a quick sale and educate them on the process.
  • Set meaningful, ambitious and quantifiable targets and action plans.
  • Define problems and set a deadline to address them.


The Person

  • Strong sales/telesales skills and adept at meeting and surpassing targets.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly driven and well-motivated.
  • You enjoy setting challenging goals for yourself and others.
  • You strive to constantly improve and use data to confirm you are delivering the outcomes needed
  • Property experience is desirable but not essential
