Key Responsibilities:

  • Interview Coordination: Efficiently schedule and coordinate interviews to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
  • Pipeline Management: Guide candidates through interview cycles with precision and timeliness.
  • Data Integrity: Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system, ensuring compliance and precision.

  • Candidate Engagement: Provide timely and professional responses to recruitment inquiries, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Administrative Support: Manage various administrative tasks to ensure smooth recruitment operations.
  • Inbox Management: Monitor the recruiting inbox, promptly addressing employee inquiries and concerns.


Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a Recruitment or Talent Coordinator role.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving work environment.
  • Initiative: Demonstrate proactive problem-solving abilities and ownership of tasks.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Prioritization: Manage multiple tasks effectively and prioritize workload.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
