Location: Onsite 3 days, Kings Cross

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 12 months

Pay Rate: £32.21 per hour


Are you passionate about procurement and looking for an exciting opportunity to support procurement operations? Our client, a dynamic culinary organisation, is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join their team. If you have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a food service or tech company, this could be the perfect fit for you


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage new product requests from the business.
  • Prepare and coordinate sampling sessions for our FTE chefs.
  • Manage cafe smallwares and equipment requests.
  • Prepare category reviews and analysis reports.
  • Prepare market reports.
  • Coordinate purchasing vendor QBR feedback reports.
  • Provide training and support to Cafe users.
  • Carry out all admin duties for the assigned category.
  • Communicate any changes to product or supplier information to the business.
  • Implement and maintain sustainable procurement practises.
  • Support XFN teams for any new cafe openings.
  • Actively track savings and cost mitigation.
  • Source, negotiate, and manage cafe suppliers in accordance with our procurement SOPs.



Qualifications:

  • A procurement qualification such as CIPS is desirable.
  • Proficiency in G Suite.


Key Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience dealing with XFN partners.
  • Highly analytical and strategic thinker.
