**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Efficiency Specialist to join our team at HEALTHCARE PROCUREMENT SERVICES LTD. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our procurement processes and supply chain management.

About the Job

Our client is a leading provider of procurement services, specializing in procurement and supply chain management. They have a centralized office in London and work remotely with teams across the UK. As a Procurement Efficiency Specialist, you will work closely with the Head of Performance and Reporting to develop and implement strategies to improve procurement efficiency and deliver value to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement process improvements to eliminate unnecessary complexity and enhance procurement efficiency
  • Design and implement process automation solutions to streamline procurement processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement technology-based process improvements
  • Provide complex information and analysis to support business decisions
  • Negotiate and train others to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Handle complex facts and situations, requiring analysis, interpretation, and comparison of options
  • Plan and organize complex activities, formulating and adjusting plans or strategies as needed
  • Develop and present performance, statistical, or management reports using software or systems

Requirements

  • Significant experience in process improvement, process automation, and technology-based process improvements
  • Experience working in large, complex organizations with high-pressure working environments
  • Proven skills in project delivery using structured approaches in the public or private sector
  • Experience in providing and receiving complex information, negotiation, and training others
  • Experience in handling complex facts or situations, requiring analysis, interpretation, and comparison of options
  • Experience in planning and organizing complex activities, formulating, and adjusting plans or strategies
  • Experience in using software or systems to develop performance, statistical, or management reports
