About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading UK investment bank as a Procurement Specialist, where you will play a key role in managing the procurement process and ensuring that goods and services are purchased at optimal value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the procurement process, ensuring compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with procurement, ensuring the integrity of the procurement process.
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage third-party due diligence processes, ensuring that suppliers meet the required standards.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that procurement needs are met, while maintaining strong supplier relationships.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of IT procurement, with experience across other relevant categories.
  • Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and make informed decisions.
  • High level of integrity and ethical standards.
