About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Buyer to join our team as an IT Procurement Specialist. As an IT Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for the procurement of all goods and services required for the business to function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the procurement of IT software and hardware, including renewals and sourcing when necessary.
  • Work closely with the IT Category Manager to manage low-value tech procurement requirements and support large-scale major procurement.
  • Support the full RFx process and help to manage/maintain the e-sourcing platform and contracts database.

Requirements

  • Relevant previous experience working within a procurement function, ideally with an IT focus.
  • Highly proficient with Excel and confident in performing basic analysis from large data sets.
  • Confident and independent self-starter who can effectively manage their own workload when required.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
