Role: Reward Manager

Location: Bedfordshire (Hybrid working – 3 office days a week)

Salary: Up to £80k + benefits

Contract: Permanent

Reports into: Head of Reward


JGA is proud to partner with a global hospitality group to secure a dynamic and results-oriented rewards manager position.

This role will be instrumental in delivering reward strategy across a multi-site organisation and providing reward knowledge.


Responsibilities:

  • Reward Business Partnering to deliver the rewards roadmap on time.
  • Acting as first point of contact for all senior reward enquiries.
  • Pay and incentive cycle management.
  • Ensuring all managers and team members understand and utilise the reward offering.
  • Managing employee recognition and the reward platform.
  • Supporting with non-UK rewards and partnering with international teams.


Skills and Experience

  • 3+ years experience in a Rewards Manager role.
  • Strong knowledge of the UK market, reward frameworks and best practice.
  • Strong commercial awareness.
  • Collaboration and partnership skills.
  • Reward Management experience - pay, incentives and recognition.
  • Experience working in a multi-site environment.
