As an international company we are looking for a Human Resources Manager in London, UK.


QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION


  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university,
  • Master’s degree in HR is an asset,
  • At least 10 years of experience as an HR Manager with a proven record of executing HR functions, especially Payroll and Personnel Affairs, as well as Administrative Affairs including work permit, residence permit and visa processes,
  • In-depth knowledge of HR policies, procedures, laws, standards and regulations,
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English,
  • Good command of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and especially Excel,
  • Experience in handling sensitive/confidential information,
  • Strong people management skills, proficiency in negotiations and conflict resolution,
  • Ability to empower and motivate HR team,
  • Ability to lead people and change by being decisive, trustworthy, emphatic and approachable,
  • Experience in executing multinational teams is nice to have,
  • Result-oriented and multi-tasking with good time management skills,
  • Self-confident, highly proactive personality, convincingly team-oriented.


JOB DESCRIPTION


  • Develop and implement HR strategies in line with business strategy,
  • Enhance new HR practices, policies and procedures using vast knowledge of customary HR trends and best practices,
  • Establish a positive working environment by supporting employee development, engagement and motivation through HR daily routine,
  • Executing all HR functions especially full-cycle payroll processes, checking payroll records, overtime and leave data etc. monthly and monitor salary adjustments and fringe benefits annually, as well as Recruitment, Training and Performance Management,
  • Solving problems related with payment processes, including reconciliation with Finance team,
  • Assigning tasks to team members in line with global and local HR agenda,
  • Managing employee traffic arising from project-based mobility,
  • Responding staff queries regarding all human resources matters,
  • Sticking to legal requirements by managing work permit, residence permit and visa processes including documentation,
  • Provide periodical and adhoc reporting to HQ,
  • Ensure compliance by sticking to local and international legal requirements.
