Salary: 90K – 110K p/a


A unique opportunity to be the first CRO of a prestigious and rapidly growing, international firm within the legal sector. This is a one-of-a-kind, forward-thinking company who are looking for an open-minded, growth-focused individual who can help to create and define the role and strategy alongside the CEO. The role will be varied, covering areas from business development to pricing to identifying new opportunities. It will be a critical position within the company with tremendous growth potential; the company is soon to adopt a federal structure so the CRO would be working as part of the global head office.


The ideal candidate would have at least two years’ experience in a large company in a CRO/Commercial role. The company culture is exceptional, so we would be looking for a personable individual with excellent relationship-building skills.


The successful candidate will be eligible for a company bonus scheme next year, which historically has paid six figures to each member of the leadership team.
