Qualifications:

Experienced in managing P&L, and CapEx/OpEx budget, this candidate understands the financial aspects of technology leadership and strategic investment.nDemonstrable experience in transforming and leading high-performing technology teams, with a strong leadership presence across the organization.nExtensive experience in architectural design, data management, and security, particularly in regulated environments.nProven track record in vendor management, contract negotiation, and performance management.nStrong ability to meet and exceed targets, driving significant transformational change within a mid-sized or large organization.nExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a sound commercial acumen to support the organization's risk management and compliance frameworks.nKnowledge of cutting-edge technologies such as RPA, blockchain, AI, machine learning, and cognitive computing is expected.nThe successful candidate will need adaptive thinking and strong leadership skills to navigate the evolving business and market landscapes.
