Project Architect Position Overview

Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is pleased to work with a multidisciplinary consultancy with an international presence on a vacancy for a Project Architect. This opportunity will be based at their London office, with the option of working from home 2-3 days a week. Due to a surge in workload for this particular office, they are eager to bring some enthusiastic, hardworking Architects of various levels on board.

Project Architect Position Remuneration
  • Competitive salary, ranging between £45,000 to £58,000

Project Architect Position Responsibilities
  • Utilize Revit on a daily basis
  • Work as part of a fast-paced team
  • Produce high-quality drawings and designs for a variety of health science and education projects
  • Work across all RIBA stages
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants, local planning authorities, and building control
  • Work on a variety of Health Science projects, including both new builds and refurbishments
  • Run a project
Project Architect Position Requirements
  • ARB/RIBA Registered
  • Live in a commutable distance of Kings Cross Station
  • Hard working & motivated individual
  • A background working on either Health Science or Education projects is required
  • Proficiency with Revit
  • To not have solely residential experience
  • Minimum 2 years post qualifying Part 2/3
  • Project Running experience
  • Carrying out site visits
  • Proven Design skills, creativity, and problem-solving skills in a portfolio
