About the role

As a BDM at Dootrix, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by identifying and reaching out to potential clients. You will be responsible for initiating conversations, qualifying leads, and scheduling introductory meetings with our sales managers.


You will be a point of escalation, and mentor for junior sales development representatives, working together as part of a close-knit sales team to achieve success together.


The ideal candidate will be proactive, goal-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills, with previous Microsoft Azure, Cloud or SaaS B2B sales experience.


This is an important role within a dynamic and growing sales team that has ambitious new business growth targets for the coming years.


Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively research and identify potential clients within our target market
  • Reach out to prospective clients via phone, email and social media to initiate conversations and build relationships.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure alignment with our offerings and target client profile. 
  • Schedule introductory meetings between prospective clients and sales managers to further explore their needs and present our solutions.
  • Effectively manage and update prospect information in the CRM system to track progress and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach efforts with overall business goals and strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and product updates to effectively communicate our value proposition to prospects.


Your experience

  • Proven experience in sales and business development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Understanding of Microsoft Azure offerings, cloud computing, and the broader technology landscape.
  • Proficient in CRM software (HubSpot) and sales management tools.
