As an Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient day to day operation of our office whilst providing administrative support to the Senior Office Manager.

Your responsibilities may include but are not limited to:


  • Ordering office supplies, merchandise and maintaining inventory levels.
  • Assist with the coordinating of office maintenance and repairs as needed.
  • Ensuring the office is immaculate, managing office budgets for orders and meeting the needs of the team, keeping tabs on supplies.
  • Assisting with office security procedures,
  • Serving as a liaison between internal teams, clients, and external vendors.
  • Distributing incoming mail and handling outgoing mail and packages.
  • Continuously monitor, prioritise & action new and ongoing requests.
  • Maintaining files and records, both physical and digital, to ensure easy access to information when needed.
  • Providing general support to colleagues and executives as required.
  • Assisting with special projects and initiatives as assigned.
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures and maintaining confidentiality at all times.


Requirements


  • Proven experience in a similar capacity
  • Proficiency in Google suite and or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational, time management and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and demands.
  • Professional demeanour and positive attitude
  • Must be able to be onsite 4 days a week and easily commutable to Wallingford
