We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Branch Administrator to join our team at Allen & Harris. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the sales team with administrative duties, including uploading property details to major property portals.
  • Handle customer enquiries in branch and over the phone, providing accurate and timely responses.
  • Manage office expenditure, ensuring it remains within budgeted levels.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as an Administrator or Secretary, or similar role.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a client-facing environment.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • IT literacy, including MS Office, internet, and email systems.
