Based near Victoria


We are partnering with a leading design practise, who are looking for a Benefits Administrator to join their thriving team. The organisation is around 2000 and growing, and this role sits with the Benefits and Comp team, with a headcount of 3.


A varied role with huge scope for progression, you will be administering and maintaining compensation and benefits programs, conducting market research, and supporting reward projects. The role requires close collaboration with HR colleagues, payroll, and business stakeholders to ensure the effective operation of reward processes and initiatives.


We are looking for someone with 2 years’ experience within HR, with strong benefits administration knowledge. You will be an advanced user of excel and be strong with data and analytics. There will be lots of project work with system implementation, salary benchmarking and reward processes as the role develops.


The role is 3 days a week onsite, based between Clapham Junction and Victoria.
