BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

To work with and to create opportunities for the sales team to be able to win business. To assist commercially in helping the company grow and hit monthly and annual targets.

DUTIES

• Identify new sales opportunities (markets, companies, projects, accreditations) that suit business model

• Integrate with Workstream managers and their teams to develop markets and territories

• Identifying and initiating approvals and registrations that would help LSFH win new business

• Field sales to key targets

• The necessary internal sales work to introduce LSFH to new potential customers and start the business relationships

• Networking with key stakeholders in your markets

• Field sales with salespeople who will be handling accounts

• Attending exhibitions, conferences and seminars focusing on markets of the target sales projects

• Helping decide which exhibitions to exhibit at/attend and supporting marketing in the department in the planning and organisation

• Helping run company audits eg meet and greet the auditors, next actions
