Emerging Markets Administrator

Monday to Friday

8.30am - 17:30pm


Purpose of the role;

Assist the Emerging Markets Sales and Marketing team with administration tasks including credit processing, marketing support, reporting, pricing, and ad hoc requests.


Key Duties;

  • Review and process distributor credit requests including price protection, SOA’s, co-op advertising, print and demo claims.
  • Collate marketing best practice and share via Sharepoint portal.
  • Help update and maintain the Sharepoint and Widen asset libraries.
  • Pre-production sample distribution, including software updates as needed.
  • Liaise with internal departments to answer distributor queries.
  • Develop knowledge of Garmin products.
  • Ad hoc duties as required.
  • Assist with all Emerging Markets Sales and Marketing related projects, as necessary.
  • Provide cover for duties in the absence of the EM team members.


Education & Experience;

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Superior attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks in a busy environment.
  • Previous experience in an admin or sales-related environment.
  • Knowledge of Garmin product markets.
  • Demonstrate confidence and patience in dealing with customers of various languages.
