Purpose of the Job
The main purpose of the role is to contribute to the delivery of an effective and efficient rental income management service which achieves stated rates of collection, consistently improving customer satisfaction levels, serving legal notices and being on hand to assist with any other relevant enquiries.
You will be part of an Accounts team responsible for maximising Purplebricks’ income and achieving stated performance targets around rent collection and arrears recovery in a way that supports our customers. You will take responsibility for managing and maintaining a clear rent account on your assigned portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
- Keeping track of assigned accounts to identify rent arrears and other housing debts.
- Planning a course of action to recover outstanding payments, including handling evictions if necessary.
- Sending emails/letters to chase debt in line with our terms of business
- Provide day-to-day rent account and system administration support to maintain effective working relationships and ensure a collaborative approach to the delivery of services
- To deliver against monthly team and individual targets for income collection.
- Provide excellent customer service working in a client service delivery team.
- Submitting Insurance claims for rental arrears in keeping with policy terms.
