It is wide ranging but primarily focussed on managing, maintaining and updating the Master System of Record Database (SQL) via automated data exchange platforms between the Master Servicer, Servicing Partners, purchasing fund and other 3rd parties (i.e. Seller, Credit Reporting Agencies). The role also includes the creation of reports using relevant reporting software (SSMS, SSRS, Power BI) to a wide range of audiences and supporting Group finance in the validation of financial transactions and invoicing of services.

Maintain the accuracy & integrity of the Master System of Record database (MSR).
Monitoring the processing of the outgoing & incoming data exchanges with all suppliers confirming their adherence to the exchange platform specification.
Exception outputs of automated process ensuring a 100% data exchange correlation between in / out.
Liaising with the Credit Reporting agencies and creation of monthly Credit Reporting files.
Reconciliation of portfolios with servicing partners and engagement to resolve any discrepant findings.
SSMS audit of automated processes to capture and report completion outcomes via SQL Server Reporting Studio dashboards.
The creation and publication of reports using SSMS, SSRS & Power BI that are inclusive of KPI metrics, trend analysis, over/under performance.
Assisting the business with provision of data reports from the MSR as and when required.
Supporting Group finance in the transference of recovered collections and process of accurately invoicing Group for our services and passthrough costs.
Being front and centre representing the Data & Analytic department for onboarding new debt purchases and any further development required to the MSR to support.

Background in Debt collection or similar industry knowledge.
Knowledge of SQL Server software (SSMS, SSIS, SSRS).
Full understanding of SQL data referential and database design/infrastructure
Usage of Power BI reporting
Working experience using Microsoft office software Excel
Proven experience in a data centric environment
Experience of working cross-functionally with all management levels.
Excellent time management skills and ability to meet targets in a fast paced and conflicting priorities environment
