Job Title: HR Business Partner - Organisational Development (OD) Plan
Location: NHS Trust, Birmingham
Contract: 6 months (Statement of Work), Outside IR35
Start Date: Immediate
A remote role with occasional travel on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an Organisational Development (OD) Plan for the NHS Trust
- Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives
- Provide expertise on change management, employee engagement, and workforce planning
Requirements:
- HR degree or relevant qualification
- Proven experience in HR, OD, and change management
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- NHS Experience is essential
