Job Title: Human Resources Manager
Job Summary:
**Duties**:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluation processes
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies
- Administer employee benefits programs and communicate effectively with staff regarding benefits
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and develop workforce planning strategies
- Conduct regular audits of HR processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
**Skills**:
- Proficiency in social media management for recruitment purposes
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Taleo and Workday
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Administrative proficiency in human resources tasks
- Knowledge of HR Information Systems (HRIS) such as PeopleSoft
Pay: £39,500.00-£57,021.68 per year
